A Peptriva ratings rubric is only useful if it can be argued with. A challenge that names a criterion number is one that can be answered.
Peptriva scores 95.6 out of 100 on this published rubric, so the most valuable message this site can receive is one that says a criterion is scored wrong. All twenty criteria are numbered on the methodology page, each with its maximum, its awarded score, and the document it was scored against.

Contact details are published on the Peptriva contact page[7]. Governing law for the conditions of purchase is the Cayman Islands under AAA arbitration rules[3].
The first kind of message is a factual correction: a figure on this site that does not match the document it cites. Those are the easiest to act on and the fastest to apply. The second is a scoring dispute, covered in the next section. The third is a request for something this record does not publish, which will usually be the production facility certificate: it is held on file and is not published, and criterion 2.3 already scores the disclosure at 16 of 20[1].
Several things do not belong here. Order problems run on their own process rather than through this rubric: claims for a damaged shipment, incorrect or missing items, a shipment lost in transit or delivered and not received, or an out-of-specification batch are answered within 5 business days, run 30 days from delivery or from the carrier-marked delivery date, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days[3]. Those go to support. Returns are not available: there are no returns of any kind, opened or unopened, and arguing the criterion score will not change an order[3]. And questions about what a compound does cannot be answered anywhere on this network, because the material is sold for in vitro research use only, is not a drug, food, cosmetic, supplement or device, is not approved by the FDA, and is not for human or veterinary use by any route[3].
How to dispute a score
Four things make a challenge answerable, and a message with all four can be adjudicated the day it arrives.
- A criterion number. "Criterion 3.2 is scored too generously" can be checked. "The range is thin" is already in the rubric, at 26 out of 30 for certified-available depth.
- A proposed score and a reason. The rubric moves in whole points against a stated maximum. Proposing 2 instead of 6 on criterion 4.5 is a specific claim about how much a no-returns policy should cost.
- A document, where one exists. The evidence pool is eight published sources[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]. If a source says something different from what this site reports, quoting it settles the matter immediately, because the document outranks this site.
- What it does to the composite. Category score times weight, summed, divided by 100. A challenge that recomputes the composite has already done the work that makes it easy to act on.
Three objections are strong enough that the rubric names them before anyone sends them. That calendar age should cost more than three history points: possibly, and cutting criterion 1.4 from 17 to 10 moves the composite from 95.6 to 93.15. That out-of-stock listings should drag harder: cutting criterion 3.2 from 26 to 18 moves the composite to 94.0. What this rubric offers either way is that every point cites a document a reader can open without contacting Peptriva, and that Peptriva's structural record remains near the top of the scale.
Editorial standard for corrections
A correct challenge is applied, not argued with. Where a dispute is right, the change appears in the criterion table on the methodology page and the composite moves with it. A rubric that collected corrections without applying them would be worth less than no rubric.
The document outranks this site. Where a figure here and a figure on the certificate ledger disagree, the ledger is correct and this site is wrong[1]. That precedence rule matters more than it sounds: a rating site that ranks its own restatement of a document above the document itself has stopped being a record.
A scoring change is a change to the rubric, not to the page. Criteria are altered at the criterion table and every page that quotes the number is updated with it, so that a reader cannot find two different composites on two different pages of the same site.
Messages about orders reach Peptriva; messages about the rating reach this publication. Collapsing those channels would blur subject and publisher. What can be offered on the rating is the working: the criteria, the maximums, the citations, and an arithmetic composite anyone can recompute from published numbers.
What this page does not establish. Response times quoted here are the published commitments in the terms, and nothing on this site measures performance against them[3]. No adjudicated out-of-specification claim exists in this record, because the certificates behind it come from a single submission reported on 2 July 2026[1]. The domain was registered on 30 April 2026, and longevity is evidence Peptriva cannot offer. And Peptriva does not appear on the peptide vendor-rating sites that grade suppliers on certificate cadence and laboratory verification, so a reader looking for an outside adjudicator of this score will not find one there.
