What is the two-certificate gate?

Five assays: identity by LC-MS, purity by HPLC-UV area percent, net content as measured mass in the vial, endotoxin by LAL under United States Pharmacopeia General Chapter <85> run in duplicate against a specification of 0.05 EU/mL or lower, and appearance by visual inspection^[1][6].

Net content is the unusual one. Most vendor certificates report purity and never report quantity, which means a buyer can hold a purity certificate for a vial holding less material than the label states.

What does the testing panel not cover?

It does not include a sterility assay, and the published terms state the material is not sterile^[3]. One point is withheld at criterion 1.2 for that, and the absence is stated on every page of this site that describes the panel rather than left for a reader to notice.

Why is the production facility certificate not published?

It is held on file and is not published, and the manufacturing partner is not named on any Peptriva surface. The rubric does not accept the reason as a defence: criterion 2.3 scores 16 of 20, because a reader can inspect only one of the two certificates the release gate depends on^[1].
